Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

    Returns will be confirmed within 30 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

    Orders are shipped out directly from our warehouse. Due to the popularity of our offers, all orders are processed & shipped anywhere between 2-3 business days of you placing the order depending on your location and fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 7-12 days excluding non-working days i.e. Saturday and Sunday. However, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way.
